Mariah Faulkner

Mariah Faulkner is honored to join Chrysallis Wellness Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her passion for mental health care began early in life through her personal experiences in the foster care system and witnessing the impact of mental health challenges within her family. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others find healing, hope, and emotional stability.

Mariah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and went on to gain valuable experience in acute psychiatric care as well as medical-surgical nursing. Her work in these settings strengthened her commitment to trauma-informed, compassionate care and reinforced her belief in the importance of emotional safety for every patient.

She completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Old Dominion University (ODU) and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to continue advancing her knowledge, leadership, and impact in mental health care.

Mariah is passionate about providing empathetic, evidence-based care to individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical interests include trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and supporting individuals navigating life transitions.

Outside of work, Mariah enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new wellness practices, and connecting with family and friends. She looks forward to contributing to the Chrysallis Wellness Center team and continuing her mission to make quality mental health care accessible to all.
